Great news! We can use your old moulds (3D printed or clay) to create your new retainers, night guards, or whitening trays. To ensure an accurate fit, please ensure your moulds are less than 2 years old, clean, and undamaged, as teeth can shift over time.
To let us know you're sending moulds, please indicate this at checkout so we can send you a prepaid shipping label instead of an impression kit.
To protect your moulds during shipping, please wrap them securely in bubble wrap. Rest assured, we'll return your moulds with your completed order :)
